SPANISH IS EASY AND FUN!

Learning a foreign language is the best way to understand a different culture. Learning Spanish opens your mind towards a language that is spoken by more than four hundred million people in 21 countries around the world. Spanish is a significant business language and it's great if you are traveling in the Spanish speaking world, even for a week holiday in Spain!

My method offers you learning Spanish in an easy and a fun way. I focus on the practical tasks better than in the theoretical ways of teaching a foreign language. I provide exercises, reading material (newspapers, books, magazines, etc.), films and music.

I have more than three years of experience teaching Spanish, in countries such us the U.K., Canada, Portugal and Brazil. My lessons follow the standards of the most important official Spanish School, called The Cervantes Institute (http://www.cervantes.es/lengua_y_ensenanza/informacion.htm)

Writing - Spanish verbs at first appear to be quite difficult to English speakers. The reason for this is that the Spanish verbs function in quite a different way as English verbs. For example, in Spanish we don´t have auxiliary verbs because in Spanish it's the verb ending that changes in order to indicate the tense of the verb. S- Yo no fui al cine ayer.E- I didn´t go to the cinema yesterday.

Speaking & Listening - Despite the existence of many different Spanish accents in countries around the world, we will teach you the Spanish from Spain. The pronunciation of Spanish is easy for English speakers except some few letters, for instance, the J. (John / Juan).

*STUDY MATERIAL: Spanish films (DVD) and Spanish music (CD).

Reading - Although Spanish is a language with the same letters as the English alphabet, it does have a few tongue twister in pronunciation, but we will teach you these in the first few lessons. The Spanish alphabet has the same letters as the English, except for the addition of the letter Ñ, that only exists in Spanish (España - Spain)
